It is impossible to source outdoor heaters at the moment which I had mentioned in an interview online and a lovely local couple reached out to me to donate one for our patio. This is why StratfordON will pull through this pandemic better than most communities, people are engaged and want to see their local businesses pull through. The Hospitality Workers Fund is an important initiative to raise money for those in the Hospitaliy industry that will be negatively effected by the pandemic. I was thrilled to see my brother and North Blenheim step up to the plate with this donation.

As the cool weather is now with us we naturally turn to richer, earthier flavours. That doesn’t necessarily mean heavy. This is our new #vegan risotto with pumpkin, roasted mushrooms and black garlic.
