Perfect example of working as a crew and having each others back. Draymond Green, #23 gold, gives an example of disrespectful gesturing and the centre official on this play does a good job of keeping his radar up for player interaction during a dead ball situation.

Mike Maximchuk also was nominated for Women’s Final 8 but unfortunately couldn’t accept due to prior commitments. When someone questions your decision, that should not prompt you to then go question yourself. Just because they doubt you doesn’t mean you should have self-do...ubt. Coaches and players are constantly trying to persuade and convince us that the way they saw it was correct...and they will try to make you feel like you’re not doing a good job. Don't worry about anyone's opinion of your officiating. If you are your own worst critique then there's nothing anyone can say to distract you from doing your job. Stay with your gut and don’t question yourself for a second. #servethegame #crownrefs
