Completed in 2020 An under-utilized restaurant banquet area was repurposed as a large naturally lit meeting room. All of the finishes where updated. The result was a new and improved large meeting area adjacent to the hotel kitchen that was separated from the existing restaurant at the same time. The new multipurpose area will be an attractive and effective upgrade for many years.

Premier Building Solutions office will be closed for the Christmas break from December 24th, 2020 and reopening on January 4th, 2021

Team PBS would like to wish all of our clients, construction partners and suppliers a Happy and safe Holiday Season. This year we focused our gifts and efforts on the less fortunate group of people who are struggling in 2020. In lieu of gifts and cards we have facilitated and supported the following initiatives, Christmas Miracles on Shine FM, Red Deer Food Bank and The Mustard Seed. The scammers are working from home as well.. We have been contacted twice in the last week from companies we don't normally do business with asking if we are requesting to set-up an account with them. The information they give is close to the real information however the email account and the phone numbers are not correct. I want to make a few general statements about Premier and the industry in general as I understand it. We do not cold generate requests for accounts. No acc...ount request is ever made with out significant discussion around a particular project. If you receive a account request it will come on our letterhead and have a company representatives contact information. An independent verification for phone numbers and email addresses is quite easy. Make contact with the person identified in the application. Both the attempts where thwarted by the companies solicited when they made direct contact. Company one found our phone number from our website, Company two reached out to me on Linkedin.. Do your homework please, we will not be responsible or required to pay for services or materials we did not directly order.
