Good Morning Everyone, I am sure many of you are aware there has been new Covid-19 protocol established by our Health and Safety Minister. Beginning today, access to P.B.'s for pick-up will only be for those wearing a mask or face shield. The three customer limit in the shop at one time policy will still be in effect. Durham Regional Chair John Henry has passed legislation that "all residents will be required to wear a face mask or face shields when in enclosed commercial sp...aces. Businesses are required to refuse entry when people are not wearing a face covering". Face shields are the option for those who find face masks too restrictive or compromising to their health. P.B.'s is trying to do its part to keep our customers and the community as a whole safe and healthy. We thank you for your support, understanding and patience during this challenging time. Good News! P.B.'s will be open this Friday, May 8th from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday, May 9th from 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 10th (Mother's Day) from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Please note: 3 Customers will be allowed in the shop at a time to ensure social distancing protocol. There are 3 large yellow circles on the floor for each of our guests. First circle is to place your order, second is to wait for your order to be prepared and the third circle is to pay and pick up your take-o...ut. When arriving at the door please wait - if you see 3 customers in the shop. Please form a line respecting the 2 meter required social distancing regulation. Proceed when one customer has left. We kindly ask that one individual family member pick up your food (please don't arrive as a couple or a family) as our waiting space is extremely limited and we want to safeguard our guests. If you have called in an order, please arrive at the specified time our staff gives you. This will help expedite your time in the line if there happens to be one. When you arrive at the counter please let our staff know it is a "phone in order and your name". We will get you directly to the cash as soon as possible. New Update from P.B.'s; We will be closed till further notice. With the increased transmission of the COVID-19 virus, we have elected to safeguard our employees and the community as a whole. ... The team at P.B.'s hope everyone remains healthy and safe. See you all soon !!!

A Message from P.B.'s To all of our valued customers: P.B.'s is OPEN on a take-out basis and delivery only! During this challenging time we kindly ask our patrons to observe the following rules we have in place to protect our staff and customers. If any customer has any or all of the following symptoms we kindly ask you to not visit our shop. ... Difficulty Breathing or shortness of breath Any type of cough Fever We also request all customers practise a safe Social Distancing regiment. This is defined as keeping at least one meter distance from other people while in public spaces including our shop. Many of our customers are intrigued to watch us prepare your meals and tend to lean on our counter to see everything be created. We request at this time to STAND BACK FROM THE COUNTER, do not lean or rest on the counter itself. We are accepting payment in debit or credit only. Please use the tap option if you have it available and do not handle the debit machine. Cash will not be accepted to avoid the transfer of germs to our staff. The team at P.B.'s hopes these measures will secure the safety of our staff as well as all of our valued customers during this period of transition. We can assure our guests P.B.'s staff have been instructed on a stringent sanitizing regime and cleanliness standards have been elevated to their optimum levels. We hope to continue to serve the public. As a family operation we have all voted to continue service on a day to day basis. If our staff decide it is in the best interest of ourselves, our families and the community, we could cease operations immediately.
