Which would you choose?

Here is a great anytime of the day meal! Mountain Pancakes: Preheat oven to 425.... Mix together the following: 6 eggs 1 cup milk (any type) 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup liquid oil (or melted butter) Then mix in 1 cup of any kind of flour (gf or regular). Pour in a large bar pan and bake for 25 minutes. Then you get to choose if you cut in rectangles, use fun cookie cutters or create a map of the mountains to cut around. Drench in your favourite pancake toppings and enjoy!

Harvested my first fruit of the season! Rhubarb!! Made a super delicious strawberry rhubarb crisp in my new rockcrock pan. So yummy!!!

I’m super excited to help my first host have her party starting this Friday. Would anyone like to host their at the same time for a fun block party? I had my own a couple months ago and it was a lot of fun! May rewards look fun!!!
