Peace in Presence 20.06.2021

Breathe Joy through the Holidays Set the intention to stay centred in the midst of a Pandemic Holiday Season. We'll stretch and move, breathe and flow through simple postures, finishing with a guided meditation. All levels are welcome. Have nearby a block, strap and bolster if you have them. Books, a tie, pillows and blankets work if you don't. A chair and access to a bit of wall space might come in handy. Yoga Flow + Nidra Dec 9 to Jan 8 Wednesdays 7 - 8:15pm ... Fridays 10 - 11:15am Investment: One class/week $50. Two classes/week $90. Drop - in $15 eTransfer to [email protected] No one will be turned away for lack of funds. My meeting ID is 796 662 4621. Password 2468 If you have any trouble, text or call me at 250-208-0300 and I'll see if I can help. Looking forward to practicing with you! <3
