The aftermath of an amazing weekend on the mat. My love for restorative has grown so much

During training this morning "coming back to the heart" was used......and this is what I see on my lunch break. My little "jasmine plant that could" reached out to connect with the heart!! Since my 200 hr training last year, I've really connected with the heart chakra, and have been really trying to live my life with love and compassion. I keep getting these little reminders that I am on the right path.
