GOOD NEWS PEACHES! The BC govt announced their plan for reopening non-essential business throughout the province. At this moment, we are still awaiting Health Canada guidelines for our industry on how to proceed, prepare and protect our staff and clients moving forward. Meanwhile, we are putting together a wait list for those of you who had to postpone previously booked appointments first, purchased gift cards and are signed up for our mailing list. For those of you who are wondering; we are still closed! We havent been given the go ahead from Health Canada to re-open, in any capacity. Our booking system may still be reminding you of upcoming appointments you had made pre-covid, and we are encouraging you to keep those in the system. If the date & appointment time pass without your service, we ensure you will 100% NOT be charged. By having your name & that date in our system, its easiest for us to have a visual of w...ho we are contacting for first dibs on waxes/lashes when our doors open again. In the next coming weeks, we will open a waiting list to further add those who want to be contacted. The notification will be going out via newsletter. PEACH IS 4 TODAY! All of this social distancing and staying home almost made us forget its our birthday! On this day 4 years ago, we opened our doors to the public to our community. What weve learned in those 4 years; women can do construction & renos, too. a planner is very helpful. ... printer ink is ridiculously expensive. we love canada post employees. were not the best at skating. its possible to wax your nose hair. antique door handles are outdated for a reason. youre allowed to bring a couch to the parliament building & hang. jason momoa is a fan fav. kids will sit quietly for candy. bowling in a costume is really fun. everyone loves friends. laughing through pain is necessary. golden oreos are the superior cookie. how lucky we are for this to be our lives. In light of whats happening around the world, we feel its best for our immediate community and fellow humans to shut down and social distance. Starting Thursday (the 19th), we will be closed for a minimum of two weeks. This decision didnt come easily for us as a small business but we are a high traffic area and need to do our part. Hey Fam With the recent illness buzz going around, we wanted to ensure everyone that were taking the necessary steps to keep Peach sanitary & safe for those in our community. After every client we spray down our surfaces, spray bottles & bed with hospital grade disinfectant. ... Twice per day, our Front of House staff is sanitizing door handles, phones, keyboards & payment systems, surfaces of our desk & bathroom, soap dispensers & water cooler etc. Were rescheduling staff & clients who are feeling under the weather. Were obsessively washing our hands. Lets all continue to be respectful and responsible in times where anxiety & uncertainty are taking over.
