After prolonged trial and error (mostly error) at the experimental kitchen lab at Peake Barbecue, we had our EUREKA! moment and created a new sauce: Peake Espresso. Now, to find a guinea pig to sample the versions...

We would like to wish all our customers and suppliers a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. . It’s been a long stressful year for anyone who owns a restaurant and now we are forced in to another lockdown. As a result. We are going to take a break over Christmas and New Year and rest up for 2021. . To everyone who has supported us. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We would not have survived this year without you. This community has been key in keeping... the Alliston restaurants and other small businesses going. You truly walk the talk when it comes to supporting local businesses. . Over 10,000 restaurants, in Canada have permanently closed as a result of COVID lockdowns. It’s a staggering statistic. . We can only hope that 2021 brings us back to some semblance of normalcy. . We’ll be open again the first week in January and by the looks of it for take out and curbside only until the current lock down is lifted. . Wishing you all a healthy and prosperous 2021! We have made a few changes to our operations. As the restaurant gets quite busy at supper time for take out and eat in and to avoid any large numbers of people in the restaurant at a given time, we will be staggering take out pick up times. We want to reduce the wait times and number of people waiting in the restaurant at a given time. . For dine in. We are limiting tables to four people only and only specific, distanced tables will be in use. . Please ensure you have a mask ...on when entering the restaurant. We have hand sanitizer at the front door. There is a sign in book at the entrance for dine in.. Please leave one name and contact number for your party. . We want to ensure everyone feels comfortable when dining in or coming in to pick up. Hopefully we won’t have to do this for too much longer but we’ve all made it this far. .
