Nuclear Gains is definitely one of the best intra-workout supplements on the market but it may have flied under the radar unfortunately. Its been my main intra for almost a year now and I think it deserves more attention so heres my review: Amino Acids: We have a properly dosed and complete EAA blend, 1g of Taurine and a hefty 5g of L-Glutamine here so thats a pretty good start. Im able to go through any workout and push hard until the end. Performance and Muscle Building: Theres a full 5g grams of Creatine, 2.5g of Betaine and 2g of L-Carnitine here. Creatine and Betaine are definitely well know to help with muscle power and performance but the interesting addition here is the Carnitine. While its often sold as a fat burner, some studies have shown that combined with Creatine and Leucine it helped increase lean body mass in test subjects. Hydration blend: This formula includes everything needed to help with hydration. While its a well know fact that proper hydration is critical when practicing any exercise, it is also key when taking Glycerol for muscle pumps. For this reason its a must have when taking Nuclear Pump or Nuclear Pre. In conclusion this is a must-have in your supplement arsenal. Intra-workouts are not the sexiest products or the most popular products on the market because they dont provide some crazy energy kick or huge pumps but the increased endurance and long term benefits are too good to be ignored. #supplements #gym #bodybuilding #keepmakinggains

Nuclear Pump is a really well rounded pump product that has clinical dosages across the board. Nuclear Gains is an intra product with large doses of BCAAs/EAAs and a ton of other goodies. Before the reformulation, Nuclear Pre was just okay for me. It didnt quite grab me like others. PPL listened to its customers and others in the industry and really went above and beyond with its reformulation. The older formula wasnt bad. It was well rounded and had some really good doses. But PPL made some big changes that put it into that "elite category". The first change was removing L-theanine which hampered the energy. They also added NeuroPEA which is a patented Eria Jarensis extract. These are the big 2 for me. But they included some additional stims with Hordenine and Synephrine. As you can see, this formula is loaded. But we have all seen formulas that look great and just dont product the effects that youre hoping for. This far exceeded my expectations. The energy is great. Its a very uplifting pre that puts me in a great mood. It hits you pretty quick. In 15 minutes you can feel it kicking in. The pumps are very pronounced. Its definitely one of the more "pumpy" pres Ive taken in a while. I get very hard and full pumps on it. The mind muscle connection is great. Its really easy to focus on the contraction of the muscle. You almost lose track of time on this pre. This is @peakperformancelabs after all and Nuclear pump was my chosen stim free of the year last year! So this reformulated version has a TON to live up to... Well firstly, this product is LOADED! There are new inclusions of beet root... powder and pine bark extract. This formula is all action - you most certainly can expect improved pumps, performance, stamina and epic focus without stims. There is no underdosing here and this formula literally holds its own against any. Taste 7.5/10 Pineapple This one was good, Im generally not a fan of pineapple so to get a rating like this is solid. There is of course a very apparent taste of beet root that works into the pineapple kinda making it like a fruit punch imo. Its certainly not bad at all, just takes time to get used to. There is a pineapple taste but surprisingly there was no bitter aftertaste or anything which is definitely a bonus. Effectiveness The most crucial segment... Do all these compounds equate to a "NUCLEAR pump" well... HELL YEAH. The pumps and focus are clear standouts once again, vascularity was on point and very apparent, now you multiply that with zero crash Lazer focus, its hard to top. Without a shadow of a doubt this made bleak days into productive workouts. The performance and stamina, were incredible the best Ive felt - leading to longer sessions with extra gas in the tank. What makes this so beautiful is the fact it works cohesively with other pre workouts, being stim free. I managed to have my monster ultra zero and then slammed a serving of N.P with great success and zero sides. #Repost @honestsuppreviews @peakperformancelabs Nuclear Pump Pineapple Preworkout (new formula) Nuclear pump is one of my favorite pump products out there (if not my favorite). It always has hit on all cylinders for me. When I heard that they were changing the formula I was a bit concerned. Why mess with such a loaded formula? But somehow they improved it.... Pump: 8 grams of L-citrulline - This is one of most basic pump ingredients. Usually youll see anywhere between 6-8 g in a pump product. This is a nice hefty dose that will help nitric oxide production 3 grams of Glycersize - this is a trademarked glycerol ingredient. It will help hydrate the muscles which can help give you a nice water pump and aid in performance. This is a nice dose. You typically see this dosed around 1-3 grams in most products. 1500 mg of Nitrosigine - is arginine bonded to inositol which helps improve the bioavailability. This also can help improve blood flow. 1000mg of beer root powder (beta vulgaris) which is added due to nitrate content. I love nitrates. Youre probably getting 1.5% or so of nitrates in the powder (unless their is some sort of standardization. So figure maybe around 15-20mg of so of nitrates. 300 mg of sodium and 250mg of pine bark extract. More pumps. Im running out of space so Im not going to dive into anymore of the pump side of things. Focus and Performance 700mg of Alpha GPC - not only does this help improve focus but can help improve athletic performance. This is a hell of a dose. Its hard to find 600mg nowadays let alone 700mg. 3g of L-Tyrosine This can help increase attention which in turn can keep you dialed in as you hit the weights. 3g of Betaine Anhydrous - has some interesting studies behind it. UCONN actually did a study on it. They found That weight-trained athletes taking 1.25 grams of betaine twice per day increased their muscle strength by 25 percent, and their muscle power by 20 percent. This kills it as a non stim option. Youll feel pumped all day and the focus is impressive for a non stim. Stack it with 200mg of caffeine and youve got yourself a top of the line stim preworkout as well. @peakperformancelabs killed it.
