What’s needed from our patients who are returning for treatment: -Fill out COVID intake that is found on your booking notification. -Come to your appointment on time (if you are more than 5 minutes early, you will be asked to leave and then return for your appointment at the scheduled time) -Sanitize/wash hands upon entering and leaving the clinic... -COVID screening questions before your appointment -If you prefer to wear a mask, please bring one with you. We can also provide them for a small fee. Ready for treatment!

Our team is doing it’s small part to help flatten the curve. Since it is so important to practice social distancing and isolating, we are closing the clinic for hands on treatment.
