Howe Sound Women’s Centre Society is hiring for an Executive Administrator. The role is dynamic, and will provide multi-faceted administrative support to the Ex...ecutive Director and management team. This is a key role requiring previous administration experience and exceptional organizational skills. The successful Executive Administrator must have an understanding of the non-profit sector and experience supporting fund development, human resources and finances, IT, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Proficiency with all office software systems, non-profit fundraising and CRM software are also required. The Executive Administrator will support all administrative functions associated with operations, community relations and fund development, policies and procedures, human resources and records management.
