The starting point! Pumpkin is generally the starting point for most little babies on their solids journey. Starting with pumpkin is a wonderful beginning as it is packed with Vitamin A, potassium, magnesium & zinc. You want to try avoid starting with something too naturally sweet as babies might then only want the sweet stuff so pumpkin is a perfect intro to solids
