If you ever want to keep a flock of goats, consider the Girgentana breed: pretty to look at, sweet in temper and the milk produces the most amazing ricotta. We spent the morning with Nicola and Domenico who shared their low tech, loving way of making it.

new boards, new bags, everything keeps evolving.

beef & blue is one of our favourite combinations. from sandwiches to steak, and we just might have a few new york steaks in the freezer, and just a couple of blues to choose from.
