After some time off for safety and responsibility, I am back inspecting to help you make the best informed decision in your new home purchase. Please feel to co...ntact me should you need an inspection. Self protection, social distancing and respect of current homeowners comfort is protected to the best of my ability. Take care, be safe and hope to meet you soon See more
These just aren't true...
This belongs in the garbage. Please don’t bring down our waste system in addition to our social system., with the local environment. Please be safe and considerate other others
I am currently continuing to inspect homes during these changing times -albeit with modifications. I am currently in good health and hope you are too! Don’t be ...taken aback with some of my protection gear. I am taking myself (I need a safe workspace too), yet you, current homeowner and associates involved with the home buying process to be safe I am limiting the number of inspections per week and day to help prevent cross contamination Between homes and people. Everyone needs to be safe and comfortable, which is MOST important to me. I may request some extra space -change spots with you, to see what I need to see. Yet, I encourage you to follow along to get to know your home with me We are all making modifications to our daily routines and during this time have to go safely with the flow Thank you for your consideration and trust in Me and my company. I appreciate your support. Please take every measure to keep you and your family safe. I will do my best to, as well Should you have any questions or comments -please feel free to reach out PLEASE if you or any of your Contacts have been away or suspect, (buyer, seller, agent or colleague) please let me know prior to the inspection so I can protect myself and our clients. We all need to keep each other safe. Honestly is the best policy!
Interesting. The charms of an old home
Keep an eye on your vent pipes and please keep the snow cleared away from the vent pipes -be safe
With all of the snow we have gotten please make your exhaust vents for your furnace, hot water heater, and any other appliances are clear. If they become blocked by snow they can cause deadly carbon monoxide to build up in your house.
Excellent, well, we are creative, and our gals is half full. Ahhhh. Canadians. Stay warm West, our winter will be here soon as well -from East
WOW! Take a long at your models numbers
Good advice via the HRFE "Is your clothes dryer safe to use? The leading cause of home dryer fires is failure to clean them. Empty lint traps after each use. C...heck the drum, behind the lint trap, and the outside flap regularly. Clean ducts to the exterior at least once a year. These are for temporary use and not for most items. I have even seen so called heavy duty power bars used on a sump and well pump totally burnt out. Be careful and monitor regularly during use
Into every nook and cranny. Not many of these beauties left - a walk in fireplace, circa 1830. Even the rod to hold the cook pot was still in place - Amazing
