Yo! Apologies for the lack of updates. Just trying to keep making dreams come true in the new normal, whatever that is.... We are still operating by appointment only and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. So if you need to come in please email, call, message, etc and we will do our best to get you taken care of. For bike service as always we prioritize bikes purchased from us. Service has been nuts as every shop can tell you and the back log is still here. I...f your bike is not from PRW but you have had your bike serviced by us before, we will accept bookings for it. Wait time is longer but we can get you in. Service is by appointment only as always, so no drop ins and we do not store bikes. We turn around repairs in 24hrs, they just need to be pre-booked. 2021 bikes are rolling in daily and demand for Gravel bikes has boggled my brain. Supply in the industry for basic things is non existent and 2021 looks to be the same. So if you want anything act fast as like anything these days no one knows what is going to happen. Our little cohort here is doing well. Appreciate the amazing support and thanks to all who check in on us regularly to see we are not going completely mad. My fitness is lacking but the beer fridge is full so moral in not too bad. One day when I write a book on the bike industry I will need to dedicate at least two chapters to the COVID bike craze, and how insane people became. We don't even sell basic bikes and I have some stories that you won't even believe......
