Includes Post and Beam construction Irish pub character. Insulated floor and roof, wood windows that open, solid wood door with stain glass insert, wood siding and trim. And includes prolock hidden screw roofing that will be installed on site to prevent transport damage. Interior is not finished except for burned timbers and... vaulted ceiling planking. Purchaser responsible for transport and install, wiring hookup and interior finishing such as paneling and flooring. We can assist with these. Lots of 4" and 12" Also a couple of lifts better grade 1x4 about twice the price. If youve got a big barn or outbuilding to do, we also have five lifts of 6x6 Grade 1 Free of Heart center fir beams. Just posted an ad on marketplace for cheap cedar fencing if anyones needing a Charlie Brown Fence. Rustic stuff but cheap. It is planed and 6 long and in 6" and 12" width.

Were currently cutting another batch of wood end grain flooring bricks. Douglas fir 5-3/4" long x 3-3/4" wide 3/4" thick. We sell the bricks for $0.50 each. It takes about 8 to do a square foot. It will be about the toughest wood flooring you can get, especially good for hard wear situations. Kitchens, entry ways, small offices (like ours). Not made in China and good luck finding anywhere else. 100% local product as is all Peerless stuff.

Cutting 3/4" thick by 6" by 4" wood flooring blocks made from the end grain of Douglas Fir. Very unique solid wood flooring, and especially good for hard traffic areas, where regular wood flooring is easily damaged. This type of flooring will last for 100 years.

We have in stock fir 1x4 tight knot flooring. Our most economical fir flooring product at $2.99 per square foot. It will match up to our regular 1x6 and 1x8 flooring if you like the idea of mixed widths. Very slight micro-bevel which can be sanded off if not required. Definitely not made in China. And yes we are open, and we are 100% BC sourced wood products. Everything...

We do have products for interior and exterior finishing, Cedar and pine paneling, flooring and more coming in ... if no lockdown. Payments for anything e-interac or call in CC. If youre confined to barracks it might be a good time to tackle that paneling job or shed youve been meaning to get at but never... have the time. We have an 8x10 shed frame ready to move to your site. Finishing that out would keep you busy a week or two.

We have another demo shed kit assembled on site. Just the base post and beam kit only, not completed. 8 x10 size. This is a DIY if you want an awesome little project. The roof frame can also be removed for transport if required. The floor is pressure treated timbers and joists with 3/4" plywood deck. Timber work is our "Irish Pub" style rustic burned and textured. We recently sold our demo Bunkie and moved it to its new home in Nanaimo River on Friday. To move it we used a local Duncan service, HQ Storage, who have a pretty unique little machine called a shed-mule, specifically designed for doing tight spot moves with sheds and 20 storage containers. First time weve used them, and all things considered it went well. With all the rain the spot it was placed in was muddy and difficult but it got there okay. This is the only such machine, in BC, but is ideal for moving our bunkies into difficult to access situations. We will use again.

We ran some Garry Oak live edge slab wood through our planer yesterday. This came from a Maple Bay tree uprooted in a storm about 15 years ago. Beautiful exotic wood from a BC tree and it is a shame this is the only way you can get it. If we have property we should all be planting this tree, not just to preserve it but to extend its range. Real estate development, south island and gulf islands, has destroyed most to the original ecosystem where this tree survived. It is found, scattered, in Fraser Valley and as far as Yale, but with climate change coming on, one would have to think it could probably now survive in a lot of other places. South Okanogan for example. Incredibly slow growing for sure, but it is tough survivor and can handle dry climates.
