Hello!! It’s been a while since I posted here and I wanted to share why. After having some time off this last year with my layoff from work, I have done a lot of thinking. And have come to the realization that makeup was no longer bringing me joy. Also in the last year, we have been focusing on our diet and making healthier choices. We (hubby and I) both lost quite a bit of weight. ... So recently, I came across something that interested me and as I looked more into it, the more excited I became. I knew I had to try it. I am sleeping better, waking up rested and refreshed (which is a new feeling for me) and not dragging through the day exhausted. And I want every one to feel this good!
