As many of you have noticed, banjo music often pops up in my workout playlists. Well, this is the guy! My absolute FAVOURITE musician! And I am super excited about his virtual concert tonight

As much as I wish we could be meeting in-person, I had a great morning on Zoom! Thanks to everyone who participated. And let's be honest, Zoom does have some benefits. I had moms participate this morning that wouldn't have otherwise been able to attend class. And MY SISTER participated from Guelph, Ontario And... there are no restrictions on class size! Do you want to join a Zoom class? You can drop-in to try out a class or join a session.... Stay safe and stay active with Peg Family Fitness!!

The province has announced new restrictions once again! Peg Family Fitness classes are moving to Zoom as of Monday. If you are currently registered in a class, please check your email! Stay safe everyone

Within our private facebook group you'll have access to 2 prenatal-specific workouts per week as well pregnancy-related discussions and other fun challenges. Tomorrow morning we will be "rolling" in the New Year with our second holiday-themed workout on Zoom! The workout starts at 11am. This is an all-levels workout and everyone is welcome.
