So its winter, grey and cold out, and we are all feeling weathered because of the restrictions in place. A healthy dose of vitamin sea (if you have it nearby) can do wonders. Any fresh air will do, really. And speaking of vitamins, so grateful I have Dennis to remind me: nows a good time to up the Vitamin D to help lift our moods. Yes, kids too. They feel it too. Dennis takes 5 in the morning and 5 at lunch. (No wonder he’s so happy all the time).

Hang in there, the days are getting a little brighter, a little longer. We’ve had so much rain here on the #sunshinecoastbc . Not complaining, just noting. But it’s January and yesterday I was out on the track with no coat and felt the sun on my face and just a hint of crisp cool air - so refreshing, it nourished my soul. Another week down. This one feels especially blue for many...likely due to restriction extension. Can’t say we are surprised but...well...you know? I’m always trying to look on the bright side but, like everyone else, I have those moments too. Still trying to find balance as a mom, wife, teacher, friend and entrepreneur. Thank you to all you lovely ‘dear to my heart’ friends who have checked in on me lately. I feel your love. On a side note - I’m working on something big beh...ind the scenes.
