This is not just a lovely margarita pizza... it’s a lovely gluten-free margarita pizza!!....and it got great reviews!
I’m told this is called a chocolate explosion cake....is it too much?? It was fun....that’s for sure. (It was a how much can I fit on a 6-inch cake kinda fun!)
This is to prove that I don’t just make cake!!! Chicken souvlaki, Greek salad and tsatziki....and yes... I did bake the pita... Tomorrow you’ll see another cake
Chocolate + chocolate + chocolate ....what a good combination!! And that chocolate Swiss buttercream is so silky....when I was done with this cake I DID lick the spoon!!

Full disclosure, I don’t make many cakes for Jack and myself... and so I don’t have many slice pics...but I succumbed to Jack’s pleas and made us a small cheesecake yesterday...I managed to hide a slice for a morning pic...it was delicious!
Pumpkin cheesecake with candied pecans &pumpkin seeds.... This one is Keto, sugar free and gluten-free.. with an almond flour crust, but you’d never know to taste it.

This little chicken dinner includes 3 heads of garlic, a glass of Pinot Gris, and some thyme. It’s slowly braised, the chicken thighs give forth their rich broth, the garlic mellows and perfumes the thigh meat... after 45 minutes blend the garlic and broth, add a little heavy cream and you have a rich and flavourful gravy...then it’s topped with a shard of crispy chicken skin! A classic French dish with a little twist!
Everything bagels, 100% sourdough... so satisfying... Jack just devoured 4....why am I surprised?
