Update at 6:00 pm November 5, 2020 Black Knight is continuing to research the outage impacting our internet facing applications. In addition to working with our carriers, we engaged our network equipment vendor to assist with troubleshooting the issue. Technical teams are currently restarting one of the internet facing network devices. All appropriate levels of support remain engaged.... Further updates will be sent as more information is known.
