It is normal to struggle more with disordered eating patterns right now --> many have restricted access to their usual physical activities and may be surrounded by more food (including "unsafe" foods) than usual. It can be hard to remember the truth: You are more than your weight and how "good" or "bad" you are does not depend on how much you eat or how active you are. In the meantime: - Nedic.ca continues to have an online chat and helpline open - I am available for virtual/tele-support and can accommodate changing financial circumstances with sliding scale rates.

Apps designed and promoted to teenagers by the diet industry do real harm, no matter how fun and appealing they seem.
