Hey Fort Smith! If you would like to get you FREE player card available to ALL ice users for the 2020/2021 season please PM me. Location Fort Smith Arena... TIME: 4pm - 4:50pm DATES: November 7th & 21st Covid-19 we need to have a sign up sheet for the picture times. First come First serve :) Just like past years please come dressed with your choice of Jersey or dress :) 1. Have parents schedule arrival times signing up online via Facebook 2. Have one parent volunteer at the front door/lobby/ vestibule to allow 8 ice users at a time entry a. This parent records contact information and COVID-19 screening protocol. b. As ice user leaves facility and is finished with their picture another will be allowed to enter to go to designated change room (male/female) 3. Require 2 change rooms: a. Male b. Female 4. Paul will be on the ice to take the picture with the ice user a. approximately 10-30 seconds b. Ice user then returns to designated change rooms dresses and leaves facility. 5. At all times following the designated covid-19 guidelines put for by the Town of Fort Smith with respect to centennial arena use and entry.
