With plenty of overhead skylights, opening hatches and large portlights, the interior is flooded with natural light and ventilation when desired. The brightly varnished mahogany and lighter shade of upholstery go a long way to brighten the interior. Even on the cloudiest of PNW days, Summerwind provides a warm, cozy and relaxing haven to pass the time. The saloon is plentiful for a couple, and yet still comfortable for everyone when guests arrive. A true family boat, the 3-cabin layout offers enough storage and elbow room for comfortable cruising, even when you are sharing space with friends and family. Well thought-out storage and access to systems in one of Bavaria’s hallmarks, and this boat will not disappoint. The linear galley to port offers easy access to storage and meal prep in a very ergonomic layout, and balances well with the offset table and settee to starboard. A day head with integrated shower is accessible from the saloon and located at the base of the companionway for easy disrobing and drying of wet foul-weather gear. The double aft cabins are equally allocated. The real gem of this layout is the massive owner’s suite situated forward of the main bulkhead. You will enjoy a centerline island queen bed with side access steps, large wardrobe lockers, hull side windows and your own personal ensuite with integrated shower. If you are moving up from as smaller boat, the floorspace in the owner’s cabin will feel like a dance floor. A large, forward facing navigation station is an ideal command center for the boat, with plenty of storage within arm’s reach. The engine room is accessed not only through the easily lifting steps, but also full-size removable bulkheads on both sides, providing quick and easy access to all sides of the engine. HEAT: ESPAR hydronic cabin heating system with outlets and controls in each cabin and with domestic hot water exchange Curtains and shades for portlights and hatches Neptune slat system under forward berth Reading lights GALLEY Linear galley to port offers loads of natural light, ventilation, and counter space in a very efficient layout for either one or two people. Her har me samla alle videoane frå restaureringa av Fremad II: / In 2008 the fishing vessel Fremad II(1888) was listed by The Directorate for Cultural Heritage. In 2016 the ship was put on our slipway, and it soon became clear that it would be a more comprehensive restoration that the preliminary condition report had estimated. On friday the ship was launched! We’ve made a compilation of all the videos from the restoration of Fremad here: Video: Silje Ensby Launch footage: Kristian Wolski, Mads Dragsund, Kolbjørn Ask, Lars A. Oma.

NEW TO THE MARKET!!!!!!!!! SWEET MELISSA III is an excellent example of Italian styling and craftsmanship. The Uniesse hulls are well-built and perform beautifu...lly. Uniesse is a 30 year old company with all the pedigree of the best pleasure craft builders in Europe. They are known for their interior and exterior finishes, use of space, advanced engineering, and their efficient, smooth running hull. SWEET MELISSA III has a four-cabin, three-head layout, with crew aft and large living areas that are not typical of most Euro-style vessels in her class. The Owner's cabin and VIP have ensuite heads. The roof over the helm and dining areas is retractable, and the sliding doors at the aft end of the salon allow the breeze to flow throughout the vessel. There are two large sunning areas, one in the cockpit, and the other on the bow. There is a garage in the stern for storage of paddle boards, and other water sports equipment along with a hydraulic davit recessed into the deck. The large dive platform can carry a dinghy or jet ski. Over the past Two and a half years the present owner has invested over $450,000 in upgrades and updates to SWEET MELISSA III, The Owner has spared no expense on repairs, servicing, or up grades. If you are considering an EURO-Express Style and you are looking at Pershing, Sunseeker, Fairline, Princess, or Riva, you have to see the Uniesse!!!! this is the Virtual Tour link, https://yachtprofile.com/70uniesse/; Contact Ron McTighe 954 553-1815
