Well - We have launched a podcast, it is called Tend and Befriend. This podcast has been in the works for a couple of years now and until this year I was too afraid to make it happen. I felt I didn't have the time to commit to doing it well. My family was extremely dependent on me to keep up with the day to day activities, and the fear of failing them and you kept me from starting. Well - Here it is.. I did it, but not without the help of some pretty amazing loved ones and a... couple of pretty dang cool friends who sat with me and let me cry and yell and dream as big as I wanted to. Our hope for the podcast is to provide a platform for everyone to have access to stories being bravely told about lifes health struggles for women, and to see yourself in another's story so that you feel courageous enough to speak up and ask for what you need!! This podcast you can listen to directly from my website through the link in the bio or if you are on Spotify or Audible it’s there for your listening pleasure today! I have always been a storyteller and some of you have shared lots of stories with me over the years., some of those stories and troubles have become my directory for helping others. Now I will ask other women to tell their stories themselves and have professionals in our area share possible solutions. I am so excited to create a space for women to understand that the way we are being cared for is not at its optimum and that we can take care of each other by being honest and truthful about our experiences. I truly hope you will listen but most of all I hope that you will share with other loved ones so that they too can find their best health journey!
