The Pemberton Tool Library is currently closed due to Covid-19.

Updated Open Hours for the Tool Library: Saturdays and Sundays: 9 am - 2 pm until Sunday, December 22, 2019 winter closing. Come and see Terry for your needs.... *Pemberton Men’s Shed meets for brown-bag lunches, fellowship and games on Wednesdays at the REC (by the Community Centre)*

The Fall Hours for the Pemberton Tool Library are: Thursday 5 PM - 7 PM Saturday & Sunday 10 AM - 2 PM Come and see Terry for your tool requirements, and membership.

Tool library will have knife sharpening today Sunday, 4 August. Noon until 2 pm. Bring your kitchen knives for a renewed life. $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00.

The Tool Library will be closed for Easter Sunday but open again next weekend to help you with all your projects!

Message to Tool Library Members from the Men’s Shed Society: Firstly, we are very sad to let you know of the passing of Bill Reynolds who, as many of you know, was the guiding light that inspired the Men’s Shed group to start the Tool Library back in 2015. He will be greatly missed for his contributions to our group and the Pemberton community at large. His daughters have posted a notice in the Pique last week and are planning a memorial event in the Barn next summer. Secondl...y, over the Christmas period our usual Tool Library hours will be amended with closures on the following dates: Thursday, 13th Dec. Saturday, 22nd Dec. Sunday, 23rd Dec. If these closures cause an issue for you trying to get a project done over the period, please leave a message on our voice mail at 778 665 1046, and we try to accommodate your request. Finally, since Bill has been sick, the members of the Men’s Shed group have been running the tool library on a purely volunteer basis. Consequently, our procedures have been a bit lax over the last few months, so please bear with us as we collectively attempt get the operation running more smoothly.
