I think "Safe & Secure" is bad branding. It is not a gated community. Very sad you've copied an archtypical gated community tag line. Yes, Pemberton is a safe quiet Village. We have no need of gated communities & bizarre that you'd use such a tag line It's obvious from the rendering that your development is open to 2 cull d'sacs with no gates. If security gates & security fences are planned, I & other neighbours across the street have a right to be informed & the public has ...a right to be informed too! PS Labeling standard townhouses "Farm House Architecture " is just plain Bullsh*t. We are a REAL farming community & know what farm houses look like, as many of you live & work on real farms.
