We're so excited to share our newest project with you! "It's Good To Be Curious" is a weekly deep-dive into all sorts of topics relating to health and wellness. We'll be collecting YOUR questions and chatting with local experts to get to the bottom of things. We're super excited to share our learnings with you This week, we're stoked to chat with Jen and Nick from Island Sexual Health all about consent! What is consent? Who can give it? Can it be taken back?... If you've ever had a question about consent, follow the link to our instagram and send us a message! Our DMs are open we also have an anonymous link in our bio if you have something private to ask! We'll be accepting questions until 3pm on Thursday, April 16th so make sure to get them in! And don't forget - It's Good To Be Curious! https://www.instagram.com/p/B--vDOXhn7H/

Heads up - While we are still open during spring break, we are shifting slightly. Starting immediately, appointments to see a doctor or counsellor will be available via Telehealth ONLY. Please do not come to the clinic location, as the doors will be locked.... If you need to book an appointment during youth clinic hours, call Shoreline Medical at 250 656 4143. The office is currently receiving close to 3000 calls a day, so we appreciate your patience =) Please note that we are sadly not able to book appointments via social media. If you have general questions about the clinic, we are monitoring our inbox and can help to provide you with information! On a happier note, the Youth Action Team will continue to meet during this time using social distancing-friendly software =) If you are a young person between the ages of 12-24 who lives on the Saanich Peninsula and you're curious about volunteering, please send us a message or email [email protected] =) Thank you for your understanding and your help in keeping our community supported and safe =) <3 =) See you soon!
