I would like to address a post that is going around about us... You may have seen a post degrading us as a company and as professionals; I would like to say that there are always two sides to every story. We hired another company to help us do a job that was originally supposed to be only carpet in two rooms to be completed within 3 weeks, which was not an issue. This job soon turned into painting a whole upstairs and cabinet doors within the same time period, which is why we... sought help. There were a few hiccups during the job with paint purchased and some of the quality of work done by the hired help that were only brought up after the job was paid for. We addressed the clients concerns and made arrangements to have the issues amended but stated it would take time as there were other jobs committed to and we would slowly get the issues dealt with. The client was happy with this. We repainted the cabinets but the client was still not happy. So we took them back again and redid them again. She continued to ask when her cabinets would be done and started to become impatient. We explained yet again that aside from commitments to other jobs we also have a life outside of work (jobs, kids, etc) and that we were doing our best to get the cabinets done as soon as possible. Unfortunately this was not good enough for her and she began to claim we damaged her floors and were trying to avoid fixing her issues. We, as a company, decided to walk away from this job as she continued to make allegations of damage made, which was never mentioned before. She claimed the installer was avoiding her and not getting back to her, which was not the case. We take great pride in our jobs and do our best to put out high quality work. There were circumstances in this situation that were not our fault nor the clients, but our busy work schedule and personal life were not understandable to her, which is unfortunate. It was not our intent to leave the customer unsatisfied, but they paid in cash and claimed they were very happy with the work, and are now attempting to dirty our name because they couldn’t be patient enough for us to correct the deficiencies. We do our absolute best on every job we do and will continue to do so. We appreciate all your support and business

Removed old flooring, put down new subfloor, patched screw holes and joints, laid down new linoleum flooring, put new trim in one bedroom and reinstalled old trim in second bedroom.
