The San Antonio Riverwalk with restaurants and shopping is only minutes from the Alamo. The river barge offered a great view of the area..

In June, I had the honour of being the Photography Chair for the 2019 55+ BC Games held in Kelowna. 4,000 energetic BC participants competed in 30 events over 4 days, and 29 volunteer photographers traveled from site to site to capture the Medal Award ceremonies. In some events, the Medal awards were every hour, in others, it was after a game, and in Pickleball, Swimming, and Track and Field, it was constant. The photographers were amazing for their commitment to these games and history was made through their cameras! Check out the 55+ BC Games pictures on Flickr. Here are a few I took at the Torch Lighting event that opened the games.
