Dear Customers We are in unprecedented times. With the COVID-19 outbreak, important steps are being taken globally and locally, including us here at Penticton Collision Centre. At PCC, the health and safety of our team members, customers and communities where we live and serve is of utmost importance to us. Within PCC, we have been proactive in an attempt to protect the health and safety of our team members and customers. We are following the guidelines of the Centers for Dis...ease Control (CDC) and other relevant regulatory authorities. We are asking the following from our clients: Please call ahead to reschedule if you have just returned from international or trans border travels. If you are showing any signs of a flu or cold, we are sorry, but we would prefer to reschedule your repairs for a later date, just call and we will be happy to assist. Please note if your vehicle is non-drivable due to an accident or is a priority but you have travelled or are in isolation please call and we can work with you, as in the best and safest way to get your vehicle to the shop and repaired asap. Our priority is to keep our clients mobile in these times of uncertainty. Please look inside the office door to see if we are helping another customer, if so please wait in your vehicle and we will be out to assist you as soon as we are able. One customer at a time in the office till further notice. Please respect social distancing with the staff. Please limit your touching of products and surfaces in the office to a minimum. Typically, in times of emergency, gas stations and auto supply, auto repair and related facilities are considered essential businesses because people need to be able to operate their vehicles during such times. Indeed, the recent orders in California and Pennsylvania specifically called out auto-repair as an essential business. As such, if our customers are open and requiring their vehicles repaired, we are set up to continue helping individuals repair their vehicles, as we will continue to operate as needed to make such repairs. Also, importantly, we are communicating regularly with our key suppliers to help ensure product availability and sourcing options in the event certain geographies are unable to produce or ship parts. At present, we believe our current inventory levels and strategic sourcing decisions will help us mitigate any disruption to our business and allow us to continue servicing our customers. We remain committed to serving our customers and are confident we are implementing precautionary measures to promote the health and safety of all involved. We look forward to continuing to serve you as we navigate these difficult times. Stay safe, Penni, Doug and our crew at Penticton Collision

Please know|: We are continually watching the recommended COVID-19 practices and recommendations and may adjust business as required. ***But please know we are currently OPEN during our regular business hours but are limiting the flow of traffic and number of customers in the office at one time. Please open the door and look inside and confirm we don't have other customers in the office, if so please wait outside patiently or in your vehicle and somebody will be with you ...shortly. Our office is small and we want to act responsibly and help keep social distancing. If you are showing any signs of a flu or cold, we are sorry, but we would prefer to reschedule your repairs for a later date. Remember that you should be home isolating, not taking the chance and spreading it to others. Just give us a call and we will be happy to reschedule your repairs for a future date. * Please note if your vehicle is non-drivable due to an accident please call and we can work with you, as in the best and safest way to get your vehicle to the shop and repaired asap. Please respect social distancing with the staff. Please limit your touching of products and surfaces in the office to a minimum. Please be respectful, patient and polite and we will be the same to you. Everybody is high on anxiety and as always, our focus is to keep you mobile and driving your own car during this challenging time. We take this very seriously and want to make sure to protect our staff, protect our customers, to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19, and to make sure you have your vehicles back asap to keep you mobile. Stay Safe. Penni & Doug and all the PCC Crew.

Message regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) With the World Health Organization (WHO) declaring COVID-19 (coronavirus) a pandemic, we want to assure you that were continuing to take steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners. ICBC has activated their business continuity response teams and they are meeting daily to assess the situation and identify impacts to employees, customers and our business operations. ... We are following advice from federal and provincial public health agencies and continue with our increased office cleaning procedures and provide hand sanitizers in our office. In addition, weve posted a sign at our office asking customers to reschedule their appointments or delay their visit if: they have a fever, new onset of cough, or difficulty breathing; they or anyone in their home recently travelled to a country that requires self isolation within the last 14 days; or they have you been in close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus). We also encourage everyone to continue to be diligent, following the recommended practices to limit the spread of the virus, such as washing your hands more frequently, using proper coughing and sneezing etiquette, and seeking medical advice if youre ill. Thank you PCC team
