Thank you to the Gabriola Fire Department, First Responders and RCMP for your support during the GVFD Food and Toy and Cash drive! Extra big thanks to Francis Wolokoff for putting it all together and amplifying this great event! Including the cash and cheque donations they raised $7805! Plus lots of food, toys and fresh produce from Nesters!... The money, food and toys go to support those in need in our community through PHC food programs. Special thanks to Nesters Market - Gabriola and their suppliers West Coast Produce for donating a truckload of produce for holiday hampers as part of the Gabriola Volunteer Fire Department, RCMP, and ambulance services toy & food drive this year. Funds donated to the drive were also used to purchase some additional produce as well.
