Duct/Vent Cleaner We are looking for a Duct/Vent Cleaner on a current construction site here in the NW of the city of Calgary. Employee will work with a team of 2-3 helping to vacuum out all duct work and vents for a new construction build. Safety orientation will be provided with hands-on training. PPE required:... - Hard hat - CSA-approved safety boots - Gloves - Safety Glasses - Reflective Vest Work will be done with ladders and does involve height work. Maximum weight lift is 50 lbs. Job length: May 17 - Dec 30/2021 Pay range is $22-$25/hour Working hours: Monday to Friday possibly Saturday and Sunday with overtime hours. Skills required: - Familiarity with construction sites - Using small hand tools; cutting sheet metal - WHMIS Trained Certification - Working at Heights Certificate (harness for height work will be supplied by client) - Forklift Certificate Must be able to pass a criminal background check . Full-time from Sunday to Thursday evening from 11:00 pm till 7:00 am with the ability to work overtime as required. Associates will be assisting in moving boxes of various content that customers order, such as a vacuum, table, and taking the box from one location to another. Or assist in off-loading and loading trailers as per direction by the site supervisor. Associates will move the freight by hand and will also use brooms and other cleaning equipment to assist in the tidyi...ng of the building. Maximum weight to be lifted 50 - 100 lbs.
