Surprise! I'm still here! I know it's been a while (my last post was WHEN?!) but a lot has been happening over here. I had my second baby, tore an abdominal muscle, have been pushing to come back from both baby and injury, and now... I'm back! And I'm training to be a doula! Chakra Yoga Series A series of seven hour-long sessions set over seven weeks exploring, meditating on, and cleansing the chakras. Each class will focus on an individual chakra (starting with the base and ending with the crown). Each class holds, at maximum, three people and can be scheduled Monday to Friday between 6am and 4pm. ... Week 1 - November 3rd to 7th - The Root Chakra Week 2 - November 10th to 14th - The Sex Chakra Week 3 - November 17th to 21st - The Navel Chakra Week 4 - November 24th to 28th - The Heart Chakra Week 5 - December 1st to 5th - The Throat Chakra Week 6 - December 8th to 12th - The Third Eye Week 7 - December 15th to 19th - The Crown $50 per individual class or book all seven for $210 ($30 a class!) I have been asking fellow vegans what sort of treats they have been missing since making the change and there was a unanimous cry of TIRAMISU! Tiramisu has now officially been added to the list of goodies available to order! In full cake portion or in individual cups. I now have a temporary place to rent for either one on one or groups of up to five! At La Yogaterie (St Eustache) I will be able to rent a room for an hour length class. It is by advanced notices only as it needs to be sure that the space is available so please make any appointment at least a week in advance. For routines more specific to your body and your goals please make any appointments at least week and a half to two weeks in advance so as to give me time to properly w...ork out a routine.
