When I started Perennial, I was looking for a way to both prioritize my creative interests and live more sustainably. However, by focusing so narrowly on creating a sellable product, I inadvertently sacrificed the creativity I was craving and created an unn...ecessary pressure to constantly produce. In reflecting on how I’ve spent this past year and how I want to spend the next, I’ve decided to make a number of changes to Perennial and the type of products I create.
