Most of the peeps on here -- myself included-- thought " Nope, not for me; I don't do Zoom" . . . And yet, here we are! We are adaptable creatures, we bend wi...th the wind, we acclimate; and if we really want it, we get it done. No driving anywhere, no heavy boots and coats, no parking in the snow, no freezing in sweaty spandex, no wasted time in traffic . . . Seriously, this is a game changer!

Hello Wonderful Peeps, Perfect Fit Training is moving online and will remain virtual until we get a handle on this pandemic! The world is shut down right now, but we don't have to be -- there are countless articles circulating right now warning of the adverse effects of the closures of gyms on those of us who have made fitness an integral part of our lives. Online training is perhaps not the option of choice for most of us, but we are highly adaptive creatures and together, ...we will rock this. Perfect Fit Training will continue to offer Metabolic Training, which means that the workouts will require at the very least some dumbbells (or kettlebells if that's what you have), and ideally a barbell. Fitness Depot still has some bars and weights in stock. It is best to go on Wednesday or Thursday, as these are the days they replenish their supplies. As of November 1st, PFT will transition to a monthly membership. The price is $120 ($137.97 tx) per month. You can also choose to pay weekly, at a rate of $35 per week ($40.25 tx). A single class will be $17 ($19.55 tx) I will be offering 6 live workouts per week : Tuesdays and Thrusdays at 7:15 am, as well as 5:30 pm. And, of course, 8:00 and 10:00 am on Saturdays. In addition, I will be posting all workouts on a private FB page for those who may not be able to attend the live workouts or who prefer to do them on their own. I will also be offering "Surprise" strength workouts sporadically, with a possibility of adding them to our weekly lineup if you guys like them. If some of you have tickets left, I will be subtracting them from your first month's membership. To those who have encouraged me to move online, and to all who have been doing the workouts these past few weeks, I am grateful for your support and encouragement. Your commitment to remaining strong and healthy inspires every one of my workouts. I hope to see soon on my computer screen, Your devoted coach
This was our last workout before yet another shut down. I want what’s right for our community, but I sincerely feel that working out is part of staying healthy- physically and mentally- and to building a strong immune system. For those who are following the rules out of respect for your fellow citizens, I command you. Let’s hope we can train together again soon

Perfect Fit Training workouts may not be easy, but they are SO rewarding! The ages range from 25 to 65, boys and girls, badass and badass-in-training. You lift what you can and do the reps that you can manage. You start where you are and build it up as you go. If you commit, you could very well change your life
