Finally got the chance to visit my #friends up at #commoncrown #brewing to check out their new #taproom ! The amazing Damon was behind the bar tonight who I had the pleasure of keeping company with while I sipped on their #IPA & #weeheavy . The word to describe their IPA is #elegant . Uncommon for #westcoastipa , but a perfectly balanced & timed additions of simcoe, centennial & mosaic, making this such a smooth ride from the front to the back. AND the only way to describe t...he wee heavy is if you took a raw cocoa graham cracker (if it existed!) & then dunked it in a filtered coffee, this is what you would get.
