Hey Dancers & PDA Families have we got a challenge for you... Our friends at @beechhillsupplyco created a challenge to keep everyone in Ontario motivated to do a little extra fitness during the Lockdown this January. Join individuals, gyms and other active communities such as dance studios like us by signing up. (No charge) What is the Challenge? ... Starting tomorrow, the challenge is a daily tally of as many burpees you can/want to commit to that day OR 100 burpees per day(you heard it right! ) for all 31 days of January. Your daily # of burpees will contribute to PDA’s grand total number of burpees at the end of the month. The burpees can be broken up through the day so you do not need to complete them all at once. You could even divide the burpees up between your family members to reach you daily total! How do I sign up and log my daily burpees? (With my parents approval of course ) 1. Follow @beechhillsupplyco and click the link in their bio which will take you to the website ‘Competition Corner’ 2. Find Beech Hill Burpee Challenge and Click on the green bar at the bottom that says Register Now, select ‘Open’ division. 3. Enter your email address to create an account and follow the steps to register. 4. Click on ‘I am affiliated with a gym’ and type in Perfomance Dance Academy Guelph to be on our team. 5. Each day, login to your account in Competition Corner(link in @beechhillsupplyco bio) to add your # of burpees.
