Performance On Point wishes everyone all the very best for a wonderful 2021! A note from POP Director Tenja; 2020, needless to say, has been a year but I couldn’t be more thankful for all the amazing students and incredibly supportive friends and family. Everyone was so adaptable to the changes we had to make; continued to work hard and dove in to the work creating beautiful performances. It was a successful year raising over $11 000.00 with our Student Showcase, Sun...day Summer Sessions and Upper Deck The Halls; giving back to two important associations in our community. All in all we got through it with smiles on our faces and laughter daily, sharing beautiful gifts and talents through our new platform of our screens and all continued to grow:) To my students ‘thank you, thank you, thank you for making everyday special spending time with you all, always working hard and committing to the work needed to become better versions of yourselves as artists! So proud to be a part of your journey!’ . A special thank you to all the incredible artists, I have the privilege to call my friends, that donated their time and talents to Upper Deck The Halls. Many many thanks to everyone who supported, liked, shared and donated to Upepr Deck The Halls 12 day event in support of Community Care of St. Catharines and Thorold! And a big huge thank you to Mike at Upper Deck for matching our $1800 raised and doubling the his 5% in food sales over the days of the event donation!!! OUR GRAND TOTAL IS...drumroll please...$5720!!! This event couldn't happen without the many incredible artists that donate their time and talent sharing the ...holiday classics! Thank you to each and everyone of you!!!! I am blessed with the most wonderful and talented people in my life and your contribution to making this event a success is amazing!
