*100 REPS* THIS IS FOR EVERYONE!!! The best & easiest way to start or begin your fitness journey! You can do it all at once, or spread out throughout the day. I am going to give examples throughout the week of exercises you can do to complete a workout like this however you can do whatever exercises you want and you can gear it specifically to your needs as we all have different goals. Now you will see my SPEED demo of: -Jumping Jacks 25 reps -Push Ups 25 reps -Core Leg Rais...es 25 Reps -Squats 25 Reps =100 Reps Now this took my under 90 seconds to complete, so if ANYONE says they don't have atleast 90 second in their ever so busy day to make themselves just a little healthier, stronger, faster, leaner, fitter, more energetic, less susceptible to injury, etc., etc., they're lying lol!!! We all get busy, but there is 24 hours in a day, 168 hours in a week, 8760 hours in a year... the best thing you can do for yourself is put some time, effort, even a little bit, to make your life just a little bit easier to live, feeling better, and with less aches and pains. The solution... exercise with flexibility and mobility. The hardest part is starting... sometimes it can be scary, make you anxious, doubt yourself, past injuries, you used to be in shape and now you're not, embarrassed, don't want to be a failure, a loser... but those are just thoughts... and you have the power to control and conquer them and take all the negative thoughts and negative energies and flush them down the toilet!! And if you're worried about what other people are going to think or say... STOP and think... anyone that's going to criticize you for trying to make yourself a better version of you, clearly does not have your best interest at heart and or is not a very good friend/person otherwise they would support you 1000%, motivate you, or even better, join you!!! Question: is there an easy workout I can do while watching TV? W/ special guests Olivia & Tilly Answer: any workout you consider easy is not much of a workout now is it?... You can do a core simple Fitness routine which can become a great low impact warm-up prior to your workout and or do some good core stability/mobility and strengthening while focussing on strong contraction and get a productive workout, yes while watching TV :-) While watching TV and or before exercise as a Warm Up... 3 Exercises: 1.Core Leg Press, 10-20 reps 2.Bird Dog w/Oblique Crunch, 10-20 reps 3.Pelvic Raise & Crunch 1:1, 10-20 reps 4.Do not eat junk food*** 5.Repeat 3-10 sets/rounds 6.Limit rest in between, only stretching, sip of water and continue!!! 7.Stop checking your phone
