You aren’t missing anything right now!

The Town of NOTL is going to change their bylaw for vacation rentals so that they all have to be owner occupied by 2024. That means a lot of them will be gone and I feel for all the people who enjoyed using them every season. We had many guests who took the opportunity to get together with friends and family scattered around NA and even Europe. Vacation rental websites have really made travel finally affordable and we have had some lovely family vacations as a result. The movement against them seems to be a general trend perhaps because the business is getting so commercialized now with some owners owning multiple properties. One thing is certain, the demand is huge.
