Our next feature home has an ultra modern feel that you would typically see in the mountains of Whistler, BC! This two-bedroom bachelorette pad (single-family home) has lots of personal touches and a sleek custom design. Birch hardwood floors, a Fujitsu heat pump to keep the temperature right all year long, and a deck accessible from the master and living room that looks over the beautiful Saint John River. We have lots of jobs on the go this summer and we are looking forward to showing some finished projects we've been working on. Stay tuned for those! The photos below showcase the start of a new project we are working on in Quispamsis. We put the foundation in for an attached garage and mudroom to flow into the existing house. Bob and Josh ensure that when the job is done you can't tell that the add-on looks like an "add-on". Craftsman builders will make sure it looks like i...t belongs to the rest of the home. While our community has been hit hard with Covid-19, we are super proud of everyone doing their part and having several days without any new cases here in New Brunswick. This is allowing businesses like ours to proceed with the guidelines and safety precautions in place. We’ve been sitting on these images for some time but wanted to wait until we had some positive news from our provincial medical advisors to post. The downstairs portion is home to a dream garage for some spectacular toys, and the upstairs is full of custom finishes and a great view! New build in Morrisdale, NB! Our team at Perry Homes is tackling a super modern home that looks like something right out of the mountains in Whistler. Granny suite additions are becoming more and more popular here in New Brunswick. We are nearing completion on this beautiful addition in Lorneville and we wanted to give everyone a glimpse before the final interior finishes and decks are completed.
