I’m sure by now you have heard the good news. Cosmetology operations will be allowed to open even when any region of New Brunswick goes into an Orange Phase now and moving forward! I know how stressful this has been. Cosmetologists introduced significant measures when we reopened last spring to ensure the safety and health of both providers and clients in our operations. That this did not seem to be recognized was creating great frustration among our members. We are seeking further clarification on the precise meaning of ‘enhanced barriers’ under the new rules. But in general we are very pleased with the announcement. Your strength and your patience got us to where we are today, which is a pretty good place compared to where we were a month ago . I am so happy for all of us. Thank you!
