Covid protocol reminder As regulations seem to be constantly changing we want to make sure everyone is doing their part. We would like to add in a new rule to help keep the staff and members safe. When you come to a class now, please bring your own small towel to wipe down your equipment used. This will help to ensure the safety of our coaches and extra members throughout the day. We would also like to remind everyone to use the hands free sanitizer spray bottle at the fro...nt of the building when you come in and when you leave. Thank you members for the continued support during this hard time and let's all keep working together to make sure we keep our fitness family safe *As new regulations come in we will update our protocols here
