Got a call a from a customer about an electrical fire. The meter was leaking water and the old cloth wiring was wicking the water into the panel and dripping on the main breaker and it exploded. Luckily nothing more happened and the issue was contained to just the panel. Proper sealing around the meter would have prevented this. Got a new meter and panel installed and everything hooked back up! #yyc #yycconstruction #yycelectrician #electrician #explosion
