Grilled chicken. Marinated in soy sauce and bunch of herbs and spices. I sliced it into two filet and grill it 4 min on each side on my smokeless griller. Turned out very delicious I was so happy to realize that I am just now 3 weeks out, not two .

Bone jour to you no carb breakfast. My emotions exactly as follows lol officially 3 weeks out.
Here is a cool recipe for those who on prep and not on prep. It was inspired by Jamaican Jerk Chicken my friend told me about. Sauté on 1 tbsp of olive oil : a whole bunch of green onions, 5-6 cloves of minced garlic, 3-4 tbsp of time, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, chilly pepper powder, chilly pepper flakes, any hot peppers, black pepper and salt. Then add 2 chopped up medium tomatoes and juice from 2 lemons. Simmer it for 5 min and then add 5 sliced chicken breasts. Cook on medium heat for 15 min. Take it off the stove and let it sit for another 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Yesterday at around 3 pm I tried a non stimulant preworkout for an extra pump and energy to go through my workout. Nothing much different happened during the workout. At 6 pm had my dinner and at 7 pm went for my second cardio. In bed at 8 pm. And... couldnt sleep for most of the night. I guess preworkout kicked in. In the morning at 3:45am took some stimulants to go through my fasted cardio and my first group of clients then went home to try to take a nap lol after caffeine... pills good luck with that lol. The whole day so far is a write off. More coffee now and probably bed at 7 pm. Sleep is a precious commodity that need to be protected at all times. Without sleep your body is useless. Even though many can say that they function well with less sleep or can have coffee all day long or can sleep in any conditions ... but can you really? Is your body truly sleeping if you are tempering with the mechanism of sleep? Your body definitely will adapt but at what cost? See more

Beautiful run this morning
Self control during prep. Visiting very dangerously delicious Italian coffee shop and mama is taking out of the oven your favorite pastry that smells like heaven but you only buy a medium roast coffee and walk away..... but Ill be back! Good thing they know I am on prep, so they dont mind.

Being fit doesnt mean that you need to loose femininity. Muscles on a female body look amazing. Feeling strong inside of your own skin feels powerful. Weight training reversed and slows down aging proses. I see it with me and I see it with every client who trains on my system. Ladies lets lift!
