I thinks it's a sign. My next #spartan race is Saturday.
The past 4 months I’ve been busting my hump 6 days a week with the goal of qualify for the OCR World Championships and this past Saturday I came in 5th in my age category (yes I’m old) guaranteeing me a spot. A big thank you to Hélène Dumais my coach , Epicentre Training the most bad a$$ gym in Montreal and to Alanna Devine my amazing wife.

Whether... you're a runner or walker (all levels are welcome), we can help you reach your goals. Progressively build endurance and learn to run in a safe, supportive & fun group setting. 1 weekly coach-led group run + information session to discuss training, technique, injury prevention and more.
