Meet the @wellettas family from Winnipeg, Manitoba! Our family is officially in training for the Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides taking place (virtually) this year on May 30th, 2021!! (AD) The Walk for Dog Guides is a national fundraising walk to help raise funds to train Dog Guides for Canadians with visual, hearing, medical or physical disabilities. ... Did you know that it costs approximately $35,000 to breed, train and place Dog Guides with Canadians with disabilities? And did you know that they are provided to those in need at no cost? Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides does not receive any government funding to do this they need our support to continue to provide these life-changing Dog Guides! The Pet Valu Virtual Walk for Dog Guides is Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides biggest annual fundraiser, help us raise money for this wonderful initiative! Bad breath, red gums, discoloured teeth that have yellow tartar on them, pawing at the mouth, and difficulty chewing kibble. Keep an eye on their mouth and keep up with their oral hygiene!
