GOOD NEWS UPDATE: All services will continue but curb side only. No clients are permitted in the building during the lockdown. Please wear a mask when transferring your pet to a staff member! We understand that the Ontario Government has announced a lockdown starting Thursday morning. We do not know what this means for our clinic as of right now, we are waiting to hear. Currently nothing is changing and we are still allowed curb side appointments. If anything changes for future appointments we will call and let everyone know! Stay safe!

Hey everyone! First off, Happy New Year! We were hoping to leave COVID-19 in 2020, but unfortunately that is not the case. We are back to curb side medicine and only have two phone lines, so please be patient as the lines may be busy. To curb the amount of phone calls, we have come up with the system for food and medication pick up. When payment is received you will be given a number over the phone and your order will be put in the corresponding bin. If you have any quest...ions give us a call! With the upcoming lockdown we have been getting a few phone calls asking what this means for us and your beloved pets. We are happy to let you all know we are considered an essential service so we will be staying open!! The only change is ALL appointments will be curb side starting December 26! Monk the 12 week old St. Bernard came in for vaccines with Dr. Brittany today. With VA Sam’s Saint Bernard, Missy, turning 3 in a couple weeks there was a little bit of St. puppy nostalgia! This big boy won’t be little for long! He is already 18kg!

Hi everyone, We have some exciting news! We are beginning to allow people in the clinic again for exams! There are still some restrictions: We are only allowing one person in at a time so we still ask that you call in the parking lot so we can go through check in over the phone. That one person also is required to wear a mask. If you are unsure of how masks should be worn, Missy and Beau have put together some photos to help you out! ... Another heat warning in effect folks! You know the drill, keep you and your pets nice and cool and watch for signs of heat stroke! If you think your dog is showing symptoms of heat stroke call your veterinarian right away! We hope you all have a great (and safe) weekend!

Lions and tigers and... Maine Coon!? Loki the Maine Coon came in for vaccines with Dr. Michelle this morning. He almost looks like a lion next to VA, Amanda and Noelle! He weighs a healthy, but whopping 10kg!!

It’s a hot one out there! And this weekend is supposed to be even hotter with a heat warning in affect for the next 3 days! Please keep your pets cool by staying home, providing plenty of water and cool air/shade, doing early morning/late evening walks and play times, and most importantly NO HOT CARS!!
